IEDLI Attendee
Very often, there is no preparation when someone takes up the role of an ED leader. Leadership for many requires training and education. IEDLI provides the basic training in preparation for one to take up the role without finding the problem too formidable.

This course gave me good, structured information that will help to educate ED staff and organize processes better.

It gave me a lot of good tips on how to be an equal in difficult conversations and negotiations. And it provided good insight into how to implement a good quality program in my own hospital.
