Cancellation Policy:

In the event of registration cancellation please refer to the following refund policy. Email us with any questions.

  • Registrants may transfer their registration to another colleague free of charge, at any time.

  • Registrants may defer their registration to the following year's program free of charge, up to September 1.

  • Cancellations received by September 1: Refund of registration fee, less 10% of amount paid.

  • Cancellations received between September 2nd and October 19: Refund of registration fee less 75% of amount paid. Registration can be deferred to the following year's course; a $150 fee will be applied. Email us to defer registration.

  • Cancellations received on the first day of class (October 22): No refund available. Registration can be deferred to the following year's course; a $150 fee will be applied. Email us to defer registration.

  • Cancellations received after the first day of class; No refund available. Registration cannot be deferred to the following year.
